This may include items that require special handling, such as swimwear or plants, ensuring they are shipped with the care they deserve.
Why do swimsuits have a longer fulfillment time?
Our swimsuits are carefully crafted with sustainability in mind, and due to their custom-cut and sewn nature, fulfillment can take a little longer. We appreciate your patience as we create the perfect swimwear for you.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
We begin processing your order quickly, so if you need to make changes or cancel it, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in production.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
We strive to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your item, and we'll be happy to assist with a replacement or refund.
